Let not the title ‘English Jokes’ mislead you.  These Jokes are in English, but not about Englishmen or their customs.  They relate to the English Language, the nuances, its fine shades of meaning, and of course, to ‘Puns’ obviously, your enjoyment of the blog depends on your proficiency in the language, or shall we say, your love for the language?

The Specialty of most of the jokes is their untranslability into other languages as they depend on the subtlety of expression in English.
